Advanced Interpreter Training Held for Selected Government Translators
Jakarta, July 18–23, 2022 — A total of 19 selected Government Translators (PFP) from various central and regional institutions with competencies in interpreting participated in the Advanced Technical Training on Interpreting (Batch I of 2022). The training took place over six days, from July 18 to 23, 2022, at the Center for Civil Servant Competency Development (PPKASN) of the Ministry of State Secretariat, and was officially opened by the Deputy for Administration, represented by the Head of the Center for Fostering Government Translators and Interpreters (Pusbinter).
The training aims to equip participants to become top-tier interpreters—reliable not only for their respective institutions but also for other agencies—who are ready to be assigned anywhere, in support of the agile operations of ministries/agencies that require interpreting services. This program is designed to enhance the interpreting skills of PFPs to better support institutional performance across government sectors.
